These terms cover the catalog at this website. The counter is at 31 W 47th Street #707, New York, NY 10036.

Using the site

You may browse, search, and order watch parts, bands, batteries, movements, crystals, and bench tools for your own repair work or resale. Do not scrape the catalog, misuse another person’s account, or try to interfere with orders or stock counts.

Listings and stock

Many listings follow the shop’s eBay store. A part sold here or on eBay comes off both. Photos, titles, and quantities can change. If a listing says a size, brand fit, or caliber, check that it matches the watch before you order. Measure a crystal at the bezel opening, not the edge of the old crystal. If the part is not listed, send a parts inquiry. The drawer may still have it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the listing. Shipping, when it applies, is added at checkout. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is taken through the checkout on this site. Placing an order is an offer to buy the parts in the cart at those prices.

Shipping and pickup

Orders ship to the address you enter, or you may choose local pickup at suite 707. The counter is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:00. We pack from that address. Delivery times depend on the service you choose and are not guaranteed.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from your account while it is still on this site and has not been handed to the carrier. Cancelled pieces go back on the shelf. A card or PayPal payment is not refunded automatically by the cancel button. Call 212-354-1233 or email watchlink31@gmail.com and the counter will refund a payment it has already captured.

Returns

If a part is not as listed, contact the shop before you install it. Installed crystals, cut stems, opened movements, and batteries that have been fitted are not returnable. The counter will say whether a return or exchange is possible for the specific part.

Accounts

Sign-in is with your Google account. You are responsible for orders placed from that account. Staff and admin access is assigned by the shop and can be removed.
