• All Returns are authorized after quality check.
• All the products for final sale are not acceptable for return.
• Kindly Return the products which are authorized for return within 7 Business Days.After 7 days we charge 15% of restocking fees.
• Return is authorized when return confirmation number is given to you. Without Return Confirmation Number return will not be accepted and Full amount can't be refunded even if returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Batteries, Capacitors and Movements are not eligible for return, No Exceptions 
• Universal is not responsible for return postage charges.
